How much Chipotle Paste should I add to my dish?
This will depend on your tolerance for spice and heat as well as the other flavours and ingredients in the dish. For chilli con carne, we generally suggest adding 3 teaspoons of Chipotle Paste, fajitas for 2 we suggest 2 teaspoons of Chipotle Paste and a lrge pork shoulder cooked in the slow cooker we recommend adding 1 tablespoon. If you prefer your food milder then halve the amount recommended in the recipe to add smokiness but not too much spice.
What flavour is Chipotle Paste?
