Once cooked it is served over warm Soft Tacos and simply garnished with a simple slaw and a squeeze of Feisty Habanero Sauce.
Top your tacos with our delicious Gran Luchito Feisty Habanero Sauce, it goes well on everything but is especially nice with fish tacos and grilled vegetables.
We recommend serving these tacos alongside a plate of freshly made prawn ceviche and coriander lime rice.

Your free Taco guide will be emailed to you immediately. For this recipe we have used a simple salad garnish to go inside the tacos along with the salmon. As well as some Avocado Crema. Other alternatives you could do would be an avocado salsa, a pico de gallo, or some Mexican coleslaw. They would all go brilliantly inside this fresh summery taco. Using good quality salmon, and not overcooking it are the main ways to keep it juicy. In our case our head chef Susy also added butter on top, as well as a drizzle of olive oil, which would have kept it moist whilst cooking. Always a good trick! Deconstructed leftovers can be stored separately in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat the salmon and assemble the taco when ready to eat. I loved it! I don’t usually eat my fish in taco firm, but the combination of the flavours in a soft tortilla was a definite winner 👌
It’s great isn’t it – SUCH a good way to eat fish! 😀
