- Preheat the oven to 180ĖC, 360ĖF.
- Spread the butter and Refried Beans over the sourdough slices. Add grated cheese and bake until the cheese melts.
- Mix cherry tomatoes, onion, lime and Chipotle Paste, and season with a pinch of salt.
- Top the warm molletes with fresh salsa and a drizzle of sour cream, and finish with fresh coriander (optional).
