Serranos are typically spicer then than jalapeños which is why we pick them then they are still green. However the Serranos are smaller in size making it easier to spread the heat across whatever you're topping!
Serrano Chillies are smaller in size and hotter than a Jalapeño but with a similar fresh and bright taste. We fire roast our Serrano Chillies for added flavour.
Our Serranos are grown and harvested in Mexico. We then roast our Sliced Green Serranos for added flavour.
