This is a question we receive time after time! You can easily make a homemade red enchilada sauce using a dollop of Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste, passata, and chicken stock. We like to add sweetcorn kernals and Cantina Beans to our sauce. Gran Luchito’s Chipotle Enchilada Sauce is a great time saving alternative to a homemade sauce.
