Fried Chicken Tacos
In this Fried Chicken Tacos recipe we use boneless, skinless chicken thighs that have been marinated in our Smoky Chipotle Fajita & Taco Mix and then pan fry the chicken until it’s crispy for a delicious twist on your usual chicken tacos.
We highly recommend turning this dish into a taco platter with sides of our Smoky Chipotle Refried Beans and Mexican Rice and go all out with some Chips and Salsa. If you are entertaining a crowd, Vegetarian Quesadillas are a great addition.

How to make it
- Place 2tbsp of Gran Luchito Smoky Chipotle Fajita & Taco Mix in a bowl with 3tbsp olive oil. Add whole chicken thighs, stir well & leave to marinate for 15 mins.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken thighs and cook until nicely browned all over and cooked through. Leave aside to rest before slicing.
- Spread a spoonful of Gran Luchito Chipotle Salsa over each Street Taco. Top with a few chicken slices, sliced radish and some sliced spring onion.
