Our Fajita Platter couldn’t be easier to make and is perfect for entertaining when friends and family come ’round. Who can resist sizzling steak and veggies wrapped up in our warm Soft Taco Wraps?! Especially when you lay out all the fajita toppings including some jars of our authentic salsa, or you can make your own pico de gallo, homemade guacamole, grated cheese, and sour cream and everyone can tuck in and make their wraps just as they would like.

How to make it
- Mix 2 tablespoons Gran Luchito Chipotle Taco & Fajita Seasoning with the juice from 1 lime and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add the whole steaks, mix well and leave for 15 mins.
- Heat a frying pan over a high heat. Add the steak and cook until nicely browned all over. Remove and leave to rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
- In the same pan, cook the sliced pepper & spring onions.
- Serve as a platter with Gran Luchito Red Pepper Salsa and warmed Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps.
