When we think about the loveliest and easiest of burritos, it’s always a simple Gran Luchito Refried Beans Burrito with warm and melty cheese. Sometimes the most simple things are the ones that bring the most comfort.
This bean and cheese burrito is perfect for a quick lunch or snack. All you have to do is warm up some of our Gran Luchito Refried Beans over a saucepan. Once they’re hot and ready, add a good amount into one of the Gran Luchito Burrito Wraps, and spread the beans with the back of a spoon. Follow this with some grated mozzarella and then wrap them up. Warm the burritos over a hot pan until they get toasty all the way around.
Just make sure to add a good amount of the refried beans into each burrito, and fold in the edges of your wrap. This keeps the lovely beans in place while you’re eating! Last but not least, this refried bean burrito recipe is even more delicious when served with our Gran Luchito Chipotle Salsa.

How to make it
- Squeeze all the Gran Luchito Refried Beans into a small saucepan, then heat them up over a low heat until they start bubbling away (you can add a bit of water to avoid them from sticking).
- Once your beans are ready, place them on the side and add a generous amount into one of the cold Gran Luchito Burrito Wraps. Add grated cheese on top and wrap tight, repeating the same with the rest of your Burrito Wraps.
- Once they are ready, heat up a non-stick pan and warm up two at a time, making sure they get lovely and toasty all around. Repeat the same process with the rest of your burritos.
- Serve warm with Gran Luchito Chipotle Salsa on the side.
