Mexican Mashed Potato

Mexican Mashed Potato

These Mexican mashed potatoes are the perfect side dish. You can use it as an accompaniment for almost anything such as our Mexican Roast Chicken or Honey Glazed Pork Chop.

The Mexican mash is also a key component in many of our dishes like our Mexican Fish Pie and the deliciously naughty Mashed Potato Bacon Bombs.
