This is a vegan one pot pasta dish, but you could easily make it meaty with the addition of some chicken breast, chorizo or bacon bits. Ridiculously easy to make, you just pop everything into the pan and cook for 15mins until the pasta is done and you’ve got a lovely spicy tomato sauce. No draining, no blending, no fuss.

How to make it
- Simply put everything in a pan and add the boiling water.
- Give it a good stir every now and again so the spaghetti doesn’t stick together.
- Cook for about 15mins, or until the pasta is cooked to your liking.
