Vegetarian Chilli Con Carne is the perfect combination of roasted caramelized vegetables with Gran Luchito Chilli Con Carne Sauce that makes this vegetarian chilli so incredibly delicious, no need to add anything else but if you wish to have a protein you can add Cantina Beans to compliment your easy vegetarian chilli at home.

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 200˚C, 392˚F
  2. Toss in the vegetables over a baking tray, add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper, and bake in the oven for 20-25 min until they caramelise.
  3. Pour the Chilli Con Carne Sauce into a saucepan and bring to a simmer, add the roasted vegetables to the saucepan and combine with the sauce, add the Cantina Beans if desired.
  4. Serve your vegetarian chilli con carne with steamed white rice and a spoonful of sour cream.
