Our new recipe for a warming, yummy stew of beef steak cooked ‘in its own juices’ which is where the name of this recipe comes from. Cooked in a mixture of tomatillo, jalapeño, onion and coriander plus a bit of stock with black beans and crispy bacon on top. Serve with sides of Mexican rice and corn for a classic Mexican feast.
