Light your candles and get out your skull masks as the Day of the Dead is here! We have an authentic and delicious menu to celebrate starting with Beef Tamales and Stuffed Poblano Peppers and a main dish of Chicken Mole.
Tamales are savoury cakes made of corn masa mixed with lard with a filling which are carefully wrapped in corn husks and steamed. In our version we fill the tamales with slowly stewed meat cooked in a red sauce made with Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste. See full recipe
