This week’s Mexican menu features our NEW recipe for Pescado Empanizado, or breaded fish, which is a beloved dish in Mexican cuisine. It’s crispy, delicious, and perfect for kids. To make Pescado Empanizado, you’ll need fish filets (such as tilapia or cod), flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs. For an extra crunchy breading, try using Gran Luchito Lightly Salted Tortilla Chips blended into a powder. We like to serve it with a couple of sides spiced up for the adults.
