We cannot wait to dust off the BBQ and enjoy some delicious grilled food! This week’s Mexican menu features our Chicken Skewers or “brochetas de pollo” as they are known in Mexico, we recommend serving them with a Mexican BBQ classic, Grilled Onions, and BBQ Corn.
