This week’s Mexican menu is a delicious trio of our NEW recipe for Classic Tostada, melty Queso Fundido, and crispy Chicken Taquitos.
These bite-sized snacks are perfect for entertaining friends at the weekend or as a light meal.
The Classic Tostadas are made with crispy corn tortillas that are topped with a variety of fillings, such as refried beans, beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and salsa. The possibilities are endless! For an extra crispy tostada, you can use Gran Luchito Hard Shell Tacos split in half and baked in the oven. See full recipe
The Queso Fundido is a gooey melted cheese dish cooked with chorizo, onions, and Gran Luchito Crunchy Salsa Macha for added flavor and a delicious kick. Serve it alongside warm tortillas for scooping up the stringy cheese and making tacos. See full recipe
