Gran Luchito's Chipotle Lime Paste is perfect for adding zesty and smoky flavour to your favourite Mexican dishes including chicken tacos, beef burritos and cheese quesadillas. It also works well as well as a glaze for pork, prawns and fish. Also a deliciously zingy relish on sandwiches!
Hot, but really not insanely so, smoky, citrussy from the lime (but I would have liked the lime to come forward a bit more in the balance), sweet from the agave syrup. Quite thick and sticky, so could serve as a glaze.
