What is a loaded quesadilla pie?

A loaded quesadilla pie is a layered Mexican-inspired dish made by stacking tortillas with fillings like seasoned meat, beans, cheese, and veggies, then baking it like a pie until golden and melty.

Can I make it vegetarian?

Yes! Swap the meat for: - Extra beans - Grilled vegetables (like zucchini, mushrooms, peppers) - Plant-based mince

How do I keep it from falling apart?

- Use enough cheese between layers (it acts like glue) - Press layers down slightly while assembling - Let it rest for 5–10 minutes after baking before slicing
