What is a Sincronizada?

A Sincronizada is a traditional Mexican dish that consists of two flour tortillas filled with ham and cheese, similar to a quesadilla.

What is the difference between a Sincronizada and a Quesadilla?

The main difference is the type of tortilla and the filling. Sincronizadas are made with flour tortillas and typically filled with ham and cheese, while quesadillas are normally made with corn tortillas and can be filled with a variety of ingredients.

Is a Sincronizada considered a main dish or a snack?

It can be both, depending on the portion size. In many parts of Mexico, it is often eaten as a snack or light meal.
