What type of chicken works best for this recipe?

Both boneless, skinless chicken breasts and thighs work well in this recipe. Choose whichever you prefer or have on hand.

Can I adjust the recipe to make it less spicy?

To make the chili less spicy, you can reduce the amount of chili powder or omit any additional spicy ingredients like jalapenos or hot peppers. If you still want some heat, you can also use a mild chili powder instead of a hot one.

How do I store leftovers?

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
