How to make it
- Cut beef stewing steak into chunks, add 2 tbsp of oil into a frying pan and brown on all sides.
- Add to slow cooker along with sliced red pepper, kidney beans and a bottle of Rancheros cooking sauce.
- Cook on low for 4 hours until the meat can be easily pulled apart using two forks.
- Serve with rice and top with sour cream, guacamole and coriander.
