Grilled Chicken Tacos
How to make it
- Cut the chicken into long strips and mix with the smoked paprika and small glug of olive oil. Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge.
- Finely chop the coriander and slice the tomatoes and red chilli. Place into separate bowls or onto a board so that everyone can build their own tacos.
- Light a wood fire in your chimenea, wait until the flames die down then grill the chicken over the hot embers until charred and cooked through.
- Served everything straight away with a squeeze of lime, lashing of Gran Luchito Chipotle Mayo, dollops of sour cream and a sprinkling of feta cheese.
