Chipotle Steak Fajita Platter

Our Chipotle Steak Fajita Platter couldn’t be easier and is sure to impress friends and family. Who can resist sizzling steak and veggies wrapped up in soft, warm tortillas and topped with authentic Fire-Roasted Red Pepper Salsa?

How to make it

  1. Mix 1/2 tub of Gran Luchito Chipotle Taco & Fajita Seasoning with juice from 1 lime and 2 tbsp olive oil. Add the whole steaks, mix well and leave for 15 mins.
  2. Heat a frying pan over a high heat. Add the steak and cook until nicely browned all over. Remove and leave to rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
  3. In the same pan, cook the sliced pepper & spring onions.
  4. Serve as a platter with Gran Luchito Red Pepper Salsa and soft tortillas.
