This chipotle currywurst is a very simple idea for how to use our Chipotle Ketchup. In our opinion, great currywurst is all about very thin fries and getting your hands on some top class sausages. For ours, we went to the Ginger Pig in West London.

Ingredients
- 2 good quality pork sausages (we went for Toulouse)
- Gran Luchito Chipotle Ketchup (as much as you want)
- Salt & pepper
How to make it
- Start by getting your sausages cooking. We griddled ours slowly on a low heat (you could also roast/grill/barbecue them).
- You can now either make your own fries, or take the easy option and use thin and crispy oven chips. Either way, make sure they’re nice and crispy before putting it all together and topping with generous dollops of Gran Luchito Chipotle Ketchup!
