Nachos are a really fun dish to put together, and one that the whole family can enjoy. They are also quite versatile! They’re great as a snack to share with the family on a rainy weekend afternoon in front of a good film, or as one complete meal to share for that big game night. Of course you don’t have to share these at all, and can just make yourself one big super-sized bowl to enjoy all by yourself.. so let us help you out choosing which of these nacho recipes to go for!
1. Easy Nachos
Our Easy Nachos are very simple to knock up, and a delight to eat! They contain our Lightly Salted Tortilla Chips, our smoky Chipotle Salsa, sour cream, cheddar cheese and our perfect guacamole recipe. Sometimes quick and simple is all you need. For added pizzazz sprinkle over some leftover coriander from your freshly made guacamole.
Mexican food adapts very well to vegan or vegetarian cooking, as a lot of Mexican recipes are mainly plant based. In our Vegan Nachos recipe, we use butternut squash in place of protein and layer up irresistible flavours.
Now these are the definition of loaded nachos! Our Ultimate Chicken Nachos bring a simple bowl of nachos to the next level. We’ve done this by adding lots of bits and pieces to make every mouthful simply irresistible! For this recipe we’ve used chicken breasts marinated in our Smoky Chipotle Fajita and Taco Mix, along with our Refried Beans and Serrano Green Chillies. Loads of melted cheese, Chipotle Salsa, guacamole, sour cream, radishes, fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime finish the dish off beautifully.
Our Veggie Nachos need no introduction. The recipe combines corn, radishes, avocados, our Cantina Beans, loads of cheese and our Jalapeño & Pineapple! Feel free to also add some homemade guacamole and dollops of our Red Pepper Salsa. If you want to add some heat you could try using our Mango and Habanero Salsa or Serrano Green Chillies.
This Chipotle Beef Nachos recipe is the bees knees if you like a good old meat feast. All of these ingredients together make the dish so good, you might be making it every week! Freshly made Chipotle beef mince, with homemade salsa and guacamole make it the ultimate in Tex-Mex dishes. They are basically Chilli Con Carne Nachos! We recommend serving them with a side of Frijoles for extra dunking!
This Pulled Pork Nachos recipe calls for a bit of time on your hands, as the pulled pork takes about a day to make! It’s a great way to use up leftover pulled pork too. We have topped the nachos with cheese and Fire Roasted Serranos and then served with dollops of sour cream and a sprinkle of fresh coriander. It doesn’t really get much better than this!
Chilaquiles is an authentic Mexican breakfast or brunch recipe. It consists of Lightly Salted Tortilla Chips simmered in a rich, spicy tomato sauce, and topped with cheese and fried eggs. Our Cantina Black Beans can be added too! For the sauce, you will need our star product Chipotle Paste, to give it that all important smoky Mexican kick. In terms of cheese, we’ve used a mix of feta and cheddar cheese. Once you try this dish, you’ll be craving it most weekends.
