When a lot of people think of beef, they might think of steak. So here we give you our Smoky Mexican Steak recipe! Using our favourite Chipotle Paste takes a juicy Sirloin to the next level. It’s best done if you rub the paste into the steak and let it sit for a good hour before pan-frying. That way, a lot more of that smoky and sweet flavour rests into the meat. We always find this dish is best served with our Crispy Homemade Chips!
