Combine cucumber, spring onion, sesame oil, fish sauce, lemon grass, lime juice and soy sauce
Mix well and leave for ten mins
Rub beef steak with Gran Luchito Smoked Chilli Paste and leave to marinate
Cook on a hot griddle pan
Add avocado, coriander, mint, lettuce and tomatoes to salad
Serve in a bowl and garnish with crushed peanuts and black pepper
How to make it
Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste into the steak all over and leave for 15 mins. In a bowl, mix together the fish sauce, sesame oil, lime juice and lemon grass.
Add the cucumber and sing onion and leave aside.
Meanwhile, separate all the lettuce leaves and slice the bigger leaves into bitesized chunks. Slice the avocado thinly. Cut tomatoes into quarters.
Heat a griddle pan until smoking hot.
Add the steak and leave without moving for 2 minutes. Flip and repeat.
Leave to rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
Meanwhile, add the lettuce, tomato, avocado and roughly chopped herbs to the dressing and mix well.
Crush the peanuts.
Place dressed salad in a bowl and top with steak and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
